Acceptance

By creating an account or using SwipeWise you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use SwipeWise.

Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• You are responsible for activity under your account

The service is informational

SwipeWise provides reward tracking and card suggestions for information only. It is not financial, tax or investment advice. Reward rates, caps and valuations are best-effort estimates based on available data and may be out of date or incorrect — always confirm with your card issuer before making decisions.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt or attempt to reverse-engineer the service
• Do not upload data you are not authorized to share
• Do not use the app for anything unlawful

Intellectual property

SwipeWise, its logo, design and content are owned by us. You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the app’s estimates.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
